Learning & Development Operations Manager

As the Learning and Development Operations Manager you will work with the Head of L&D, and the training and development team, along with other stakeholders to manage the development and delivery of training programs across Cityblock. You will be involved throughout the full spectrum of training and development, from onboarding and training, to ongoing education for the team, leading the operational components, and , working with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with Cityblock’s mission, goals and objectives. You will bring your attention to detail and project management skills to successfully support and execute project plans, regional training mapping and logistics, internal L&D development conferences, and offsite L&D event planning. You will provide support across a variety of learning modalities including classroom training, virtual training, and e-learning self-studies. You will lean in to support the development of Cityblock’s Learning and Development strategy as we scale.
