Generate new business against a revenue quota, focusing on both new and existing clients in your territory; key metric of your success.
Build internal network and relationships with key stakeholders, including management, practices and account teams; get up to speed on EPAM’s history, key value propositions and experience.
Develop strong knowledge of your sales territory and build proactive approach to driving new business for EPAM.
Position EPAM as a trusted partner with decision makers in the potential and existing client organizations.
Build account and pursuit plans.
Identify, articulate, orchestrate and win multi-discipline technology services deals.
Manage all of your sales activity in CRM.
Be an active team member – contribute ideas, share experiences, come up with initiatives.
Collaborate with EPAM technology partner companies to win business, work with EPAM’s alliances team.
Qualify and drive complex RFP/RFI responses.
