Own the full customer implementation process, including running user training sessions, scoping out data integration needs, and anything else that needs to be done to have a successful engagement implementation. Set, communicate, and track against internal and external timelines to ensure successful delivery of our technology. We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to work from our New York office located in the heart of Soho or remotely in the United States. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, this person will be responsible for executing aspects of the People Team function at the tactical level, including focusing heavily on payroll and liaising between the People and Accounting Teams.
