We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to work from our New York office located in the heart of Soho or remotely in the United States. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, this person will be responsible for executing aspects of the People Team function at the tactical level, including focusing heavily on payroll and liaising between the People and Accounting Teams. This role requires a high level of flexibility and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing a HRIS System (Bamboo, Workday etc.) and working knowledge of ADP. This individual will serve as our payroll subject matter expert and will manage global and regional implementation and administration of payroll policies and procedures taking into account relevant laws, policies and regulations. This role will offer the opportunity to work closely with all sides of the organization and participate in other People Team functions and related projects as needed.

Platform Training & Certification Specialist

You will establish training curricula, create classroom training content and produce training and testing material for use in customer- and partner-facing training courses, as well as for internal staff development.  You will own the strategy and program development for LeafLink’s suite of customer-training initiatives. You will manage all training delivery, from the creation of customized training content through webinars to execution of training sessions.  You will collaborate with our Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Client Experience Teams on a daily basis to develop comprehensive, high-quality training and certification content. You will keep yourself well-versed on Product’s feature roadmap as well as real-time platform developments to ensure this information is communicated to customers in a proactive and thoughtful manner.  You will approach your work with an innovation mindset, relying on your expertise in customer training to inform our approach.

The Director will lead Reconciliations and Reporting globally across the Company's products and services, and directly engage with cross-functional stakeholders to build a strategic vision for metrics, reporting, and insights. This role will be key in helping the Company build an effective reporting infrastructure in a scalable manner across multiple products, jurisdictions, and with a focus on risk management. As the Company has grown rapidly in the past year expanding its products and services, being data-driven and providing transparency to senior stakeholders is crucial to quickly identifying and escalating risks. This role will allow us to launch new products and help the Company move forward with material partnerships.
