Account Managers are the customers’ connection to SwagUp. All communication flows through the Account Manager. Account Managers help customers at every step of the buying process, answering questions, suggesting ideas, and communicating with the design team, to help customers get the optimal result with minimal stress.
The primary role of an Account Managers to build relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring that their orders are setup to meet their expectations and their visions turned into reality.
Each and every day is different, every client is unique, and it can get pretty hectic at times, but you’ll never be bored. On a daily basis you’ll be juggling more leads than you can handle, so prioritization and organization will be paramount.
