Provide travel assistance and concierge services to your clients, including booking airfare, hotels, cruises, activities, tours, transportation, reservations, etc. Confirm availability and pricing in a prompt, professional, and organized manner. Leverage preferred travel suppliers to ensure the best rates and amenities for your clients. Constantly study and learn new destinations, lifestyles, and preferred suppliers, including attending educational events and webinars, meeting with suppliers, and completing certified destination training. Process bookings and documentation, including itineraries, tickets, and visas. Maintain a consistent line of communication with clients before, during, and after travel to ensure quality service and repeat business/referrals.

Manage a portfolio of clients, including the full running of their respective travel programs. Preparing Quarterly, Bi-Annual and Annual travel reviews with clients to demonstrate company service value, supplier and saving opportunities. Conduct regular Travel Policy Opportunity Analysis and assessment including benchmarking to similar client travel programmes. Support the team with any projects. This includes and is not limited to, Travel Satisfaction Surveys, Contract Management, Transaction fee analysis and other ad-hoc projects. Prepare accurate and timely client reports when required. Focus on working with the account managers to deliver value to our customers. Work in collaboration with company's operational teams and all other departments to ensure first class service delivery against agreed SLA’s.
