As the frontlines of Noken, you’ll be talking to potential customers on the phone, explaining the value of traveling with Noken and advising them on their trip. With a full grasp of our tech and itineraries, you’ll learn the customer’s needs and adapt the itineraries around their requests.
You’ll be in the in-house expert on a handful of Noken countries, leveraging and enhancing our internal knowledge tools.
You’ll take responsibility of the full sales cycle of the customer, ideating on trips, managing conversations to close, working within our sales management system and processes, and creating new sales strategies.
