Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to the team backed by data analysis.
Collaborate with email team on the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns that deliver against revenue-driving goals including CTR, open rates, incremental revenue lift, engagement and retention.
Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports for Brand Marketing channels.
Develop ad-hoc performance reports for campaigns, activations or special projects.
Analyze and report on campaign results and user behavior to identify opportunities to improve engagement, and support overall email strategy.
Monitor and maintain email deliverability and file health (unsubs, deadweight, etc.).
Partner closely with team to brainstorm ways to optimize key metrics including click through rates, open rates, conversion, and retention.
Contribute to ideation process with strategic insights, supporting the development of creating strategic content and for emails.
