The mission of the VP Sales America is to build and scale a fully-integrated, world-class sales organization capable to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by driving new business and expand within our current customer base. 3-5 years of professional Industrial Design experience. Knowledge of best practices for SLA/FDM 3D printing, foam and other sculpting-based modeling. Proficient necessary to use tools such as SolidWorks, Keyshot, Fusion 360, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite. High proficiency at communicating concepts through sketching, prototyping and model making. Ability to research and deduce user experience challenges and think of creative design solutions to solve them. A collaborative and humble personality that can make other people's work even better. Demonstrated creative problem-solving mindset in prior design projects/roles. Strong hand-sketching or other concept development techniques. Experience working with multiple disciplines and leadership or support role in the ideation or creation of concepts and research. Proven demonstration of your intellectual curiosity and proactivity in past work. Love for art and shoes (affinity for chai is a huge plus in this office!).
