Retention and Engagement: Create series, features, and content packages so good our audience comes back week after week. Hire and manage a large team of freelancers. Lead the content development process from brief/brainstorm to execution, collaborating with stakeholders across the team, and shepherding content through an approval process that may include multiple stakeholders. Juggle top editing freelancer work and writing internal features on daily basis. Collaborate with the other members of the Brand and Content team to amplify their efforts with stellar content (and write incredible content for them to promote in return). Write product-related features, test courses, downloadable PDFs, and other written content that supports marketing efforts. Plan and maintain an editorial calendar that delivers engaging, high value content on a consistent basis.
