In short, you’ll be charged with ensuring teachers and students are logging into the product regularly, performing key activities once there, and coming back often. You’ll work closely with our product management team to understand the user activities that drive sustained, deep engagement, and will subsequently design and execute marketing programs that encourage our users to get the most out of our product. Working closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will define our user engagement marketing strategy, design user engagement marketing programs, and execute campaigns across email, social media, in-product marketing and more to drive user registrations, monthly active users, and convert casual users into power users. As part of the Marketing team, you’ll also get hands-on experience building out sophisticated campaign performance tracking to ensure our leadership is equipped with accurate, actionable data to make the best decisions to drive business growth.

The Marketing Operations Director is a core member of our marketing leadership team and will be responsible for all aspects of marketing performance management, technology, operations, and process.
