Arrange all elements of business travel from initial request to completion for clients including air, hotel, car rentals, train, tour and ground arrangements at the lowest possible price within corporate travel guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service that exceeds clients’ expectations.
Develop relationships with clients to improve the overall service level.
Maintain ownership of each record until trip has been completed to ensure all details (including but not limited to seat assignments, meal preference, upgrades etc.) are completed to the client’s satisfaction in line with company procedures including ticketing and exchanges.
Follow company procedures with regards to customer service, documentation of PNRs and profiles, ticketing, invoicing, attendance, accuracy of work etc.
Researches and provides solution to any travel related problem clients may have experienced with arrangements made by company with total management awareness and participation.
