Develop, manage and execute the Ever/Body retail store expansion plan throughout the US, owning the process from site selection through store opening. Develop and prioritize real estate strategies and development timelines for new and existing markets. Lead strategy development across all store types, from popups to standard to flagship stores, in each market as appropriate. Develop a unique understanding of the optimal Ever/body offline customer journey, mirrored in store design flow and drive continuous improvements the designed experience. Work with Financial stakeholders to determine required site analytics, comps, and maintain knowledge of market conditions, trends, and transactions. Maintain positive and productive relationships with our external construction and design teams to drive store openings on time and under budget. You’ll eventually build an in-house team to support our growth.  Travel extensively to conduct due-diligence on all proposed sites and interface with landlords, brokers, and local leaders. Constantly obtain feedback and support from internal cross-functional leadership team.
