We are looking for an IT Support Technician who can enable Quartet’s internal users to excel in their respective areas by ensuring they have the technical tools necessary to fulfill their job responsibilities. This person will assist in the onboarding of new employees by provisioning new hardware and accessories and continually ensuring that it meets their needs. They will also focus on the installation, debugging, and maintenance of our physical and virtual office environment, ensuring critical video conferencing or network components are functioning well.
