This vital hire will be responsible for the direction and execution of our ambitious plan to build industry events, most notably our flagship Shift Series - which currently consists of full-day conferences on each Coast.  The candidate will have experience planning and growing large scale events, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and thinking creatively about production, attendee and sponsor experiences.
