As a Media Operations Manager at Outcome Health, you will manage the end-to-end campaign life cycle
- prep, launch, tracking and measurement - to ensure successful implementation. You will partner with
Sales to offer ongoing support throughout the client relationship, with a focus on delivering an
exceptional level of customer service. You will also serve as the voice of the client internally, working
with Product, Engineering, and Business Analytics to improve the OH platform based on client feedback.
