The IT Contractor will provide integral support to the IT Team and business by excelling at a white-glove approach to front line IT support (think general troubleshooting, application administration, employee onboarding/exits) to help enable our teams to continue innovating and moving toward their goals.
You will learn to own primary triage for all IT requests, working with the team to escalate requests to the right person, communicate expectations to requesters and stakeholders, and become an integral part of delivering IT projects. Experience with Jira, Slack, Jamf, & GSuite are a plus, but not required.
This position will report to the IT Manager, who will make sure you have the proper foundation in place (communication cadence, institutional knowledge, compliance guardrails) to be successful in this role.
We are looking for a commitment of 40 hours/week for 6 months, with potential to continue on in a similar capacity. The best candidates will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a corporate IT environment.
