Analyze guest feedback trends and assist on-the-ground Operations teams with creating action plans to improve and remove pain points in the guest experience.
Maintain quality standards across the region.
Own the P&L that encompasses the entire region.
Foster strong relationships with cross-functional senior leadership to ensure the success and growth of Domio.
Serve as the voice between our city teams and HQ.
Help scale to our other cities by developing and implementing processes and best practices.
