Work closely and effectively with the CEO and SVP of Business Development to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Administrative Tasks: Individual calendar and department calendar maintenance, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, answering phones, maintaining contact sheets, and ordering and maintaining supplies.
Coordinating all Leadership Team events, off-sites, and meetings, including all the logistics involved (space, calendar invites, agendas, correct attendees, food, etc.).
