As a Senior Product Manager you will play a vital role in leading the definition, deployment, and optimization of StrongArm products for our end customers, which are materials handling, logistics, transport, manufacturing companies and insurers / brokers.  In this role, you will manage multiple projects to ensure successful, high-quality delivery of IoT-related, data science, and software features. You will constantly be thinking about and looking for opportunities to improve, optimize, and expand on value to our end-users and customers. You will work alongside and report directly to the Chief Product Officer. The ideal candidate for this position must exhibit the ability to breakdown complex problems, analyze the different factors, synthesize a lot of information, and be able to deliver a technical product to market on-time and in scope. There will be a requirement to have ruthless prioritization, being able to understand various inputs from business and commercial needs and blending them into the product output. The ability to communicate and collaborate across technical, commercial, and business functions are absolutely key.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in crafting and executing the go to market of an innovative and mission-driven enterprise solution. Your goal will be to drive top of the funnel awareness to StrongArm Tech’s award-winning FUSE Platform and work to turn engaged and relevant prospects into customers. You will be a key player in deploying technology which has the potential to improve the lives of millions of workers.  In this role, you will have to be adaptive, innovative and strategic. Some days will require you to be on-site interfacing with key enterprise decision-makers, other days will require you to craft messaging and work with marketing to deploy a new use case, while other days will have you planning sales and partnership strategies. Like any good opportunity at a scaling company, this role will ask you to take on a lot of different challenges. At the same time, this role will give you ample opportunities to succeed and grow with the role and the organization.
