Develop and execute campaign strategies and tactics to accelerate growth with our existing customer base, including onboarding/nurture campaigns, webinars, workshops, and reference and referral programs.
Develop customer communications strategy, cadence, and calendar, that educates customers about SpotMe products and helps the customer on their maturity journey.
Work to set up and implement an automated customer nurture program based on customer maturity and product usage.
Produce marketing collateral to help customer services throughout the customer lifecycle including at implementation, renewal, and upsell.
Collaborate with sales and customer success leaders on strategy and execution of customer marketing campaigns.
Manage annual/biannual/quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organization.
Manage the list of referencable customers, and develop relationships to grow that list, in order to create externally facing case studies.
