Sales Enablement Training Lead

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to join Team Snapchat! As part of the Sales Operations team, you will develop and deliver world-class programs that uplevel capabilities for our Global Sales team, enhance sales culture, and improve sales productivity. As a core part of our Sales Enablement team, this role will focus on leading sales training design, development and delivery to bring out the best in our Sales team and ensure individuals are equipped with the knowledge to be successful and drive revenue growth. Working from our New York City office, our Chicago office, our San Francisco, or our Santa Monica office, you’ll collaborate with a variety of teams within Snap (including Sales, Product Marketing, Operations and Executive Leadership teams), along with vendors and external consultants.
