On behalf of the EVP, People & Culture: manage organizational and space planning, company wide communications, employee services and counseling.
Manage performance for all employees and departments in the office and other office locations.
Support the Finance and Operations teams with payroll processing, reporting, and compliance.
Assist in research, development and implementation of services, policies and programs in the office.
Develop and maintain relationships with employee benefits and program vendors.
General office administrative tasks such as: preparing for in‐office interviews and welcoming guests, event planning and general clerical duties.
Assist HR and Operations with orientation process, including but not limited to new employee phone and computer/equipment setup, workspace set up, etc.
Help enhance a company culture that emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and high performance.
