JOB DESCRIPTION

YOUR FUTUR TEAM AND MISSIONS 💪 

Reporting directly to Yves, CEO, and working with the marketing teams (US, France), you are about to embark on an exciting adventure!

  • Growth: Continuously evaluate and adjust initiatives to achieve scalable and sustainable growth. 
  • Acquisition: Working with Arnaud, you will develop and oversee multi-channel paid marketing campaigns, including affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, and social networks. Manage budgets exceeding $500K annually, allocate resources efficiently for optimal ROI in mobile user acquisition. Explore new growth opportunities, stay updated on market trends, and analyze key metrics like CPI, CPA, conversion rates, and user lifetime value
  • Branding: Alongside Laura, Social Media and Press Manager, you will enhance WeWard’s image, boost awareness, and build trust by harnessing the potential of social media and press relations. (PR) Create impactful communication campaigns, conduct cutting-edge market research, and develop stunning designs that resonate with our audience.
  • Partnerships: Build key partnerships with brands and organizations to catapult WeWard's visibility and user base in the U.S. Focus on public organizations, healthcare companies and brands that align with our vision, creating synergies that propel us forward!
  • Data driven: Set, track, and optimize KPIs aligned with business goals to maximize ROI and drive success. Leverage the power of Amplitude and Excel to analyze trends, make decisions, and drive strategy.
  • Management: Manage a talented and inspiring marketing team, consisting of a VP Marketing US, an Acquisition Manager, and a Social Media & PR Manager, fostering professional development and cultivating a culture of collaboration and innovation.Hire, train, and develop high-performing marketing team.
