The Role

US Vyndamax Consumer Marketing Senior Manager
Vyndamax is the anchor of Pfizer's rare disease portfolio. It is currently the only FDA approved treatment of patients with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM). With its 2019 launch, Pfizer cemented its position as a global leader in the field of ATTR-amyloidosis.
The Vyndamax Consumer Marketing Senior Manager will execute and optimize the Vyndamax patient journey experience through digital and social channels. This is a New York Headquarter based position and reports to the Vyndamax Consumer Team Lead.
Working closely across the brand team, as well as cross-functional partners, this colleague will be essential in applying insights to drive and implement tactical tools and resources to support patients across the patient journey. Colleague will work closely with patient marketing director to execute on key deliverables to support the business.
Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Develop and implement consumer branded digital, social, and in-office directed tactics and programs (display, social, in-office, point of care).
  • Lead branded CRM engagement & tactical execution, partnering with CMO CRM Strategy Team.
  • Partner closely with unbranded and branded marketing directors to ensure appropriate synergies and alignment across channels.
  • Embed foundational analytics capabilities and proactively adjust engagement approach, creative, messaging and/or investments based on new insights and performance metrics.
  • Support the development and implementation of annual operating and tactical plans to drive short- and long-term consumer strategy/execution
  • Manage patient resources in PROMOS system
  • Collaborate with Chief Marketing Office (CMO) organization to elevate capabilities

Basic Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical industry, provider, managed care, communications or strategic consulting experience
  • Consumer or HCP marketing experience preferred
  • The position requires strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, exceptional cross-functional collaboration, and detail-oriented execution within a complex and rapidly evolving landscape
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects over time and navigate internal organization/processes
  • Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with varied internal stakeholders to improve business performance
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, extract key insights, and translate these into meaningful strategies and in market results

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
