They emphasize shipping small and learning fast, and treat everything they build as a product. The team uses languages like Python 3 and TypeScript, libraries like FastAPI and React, and datastores like Postgres and Redis. They work with AWS for infrastructure, and use monitoring tools like Datadog and PagerDuty.
As an Associate, Strategy & Operations, you will play an integral role in helping us lay the groundwork of Operations at Headway. You’ll own and operate various workflows that support our primary clients. You’ll be tasked with disambiguating complex problems, designing and implementing creative, data-driven solutions, and maintaining the systems that support Headway’s day-to-day operations and allow us to offer care to those who need it.
As a Clinical Lead (Risk Management team), responsible for executing and evolving internal Provider Risk Management program, including investigations into Fraud, Waste, and Abuse, and associated provider remediation and coaching. Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product development aligned with key initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulations and work on continuous improvement in coding and billing policies. Ideal for a licensed behavioral health clinician with 3+ years of clinical operations/administration experience.
