The Associate Systems Integration Analyst will manage hardware-specific aspects in the fleet of access control equipment for client environments that support deployments across Tickets.com and MLB. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, inventory management, repairs, product support, and documentation maintenance.

The Database Reliability Engineer will lead the planning, managing, and scaling of mission critical transactional and analytic datastores and pipelines. They will ensure availability, security, integrity, and recovery of data, define and configure relevant database metrics, create and maintain dashboards and reports, and work on automation of data store infrastructure.

The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for accelerating and solidifying the Data Engineering team’s development, deployment, and operational support practices by building tools leveraged by the entire Data Engineering team. In addition, the Senior Data Engineer will build new data pipelines and enhance and troubleshoot existing ones.
