physical, mental, and emotional support.
About the Role
As Revenue Cycle Management Enrollment/Administrative Specialist reporting to our
Charge Master Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration in working
with getting our new Payers enrolled for electronic billing & payments and enrolling our new
providers with Managed Care commercial payers.
Responsibilities

 Monthly run the EFT summary reports from the Billing system and ensure 90% EFT
compliance.
 Submit and follow up on EFT/ERA enrollment paperwork on a timely basis.
 Review weekly deposits for payers that can be enrolled with EFT/ERA and complete
required submissions.
 Report back to Management issues/trends related to EFT/ERA enrollments.
 Responsible for obtaining payer website access for all RCM staff.
 Works with RCM Managers to ensure all employees have proper access to MCO
websites and assists when there is access issues to the sites.
 Maintains company wide roster of MCO payer sites and who has access to each site.
 Assists with the processing of daily deposits. Ensures timely deposits and scanning of
deposit files.
 Assists with the mailing of all RCM related correspondence to assist in getting claims
paid by MCO payers.

 Responsible for the annual W9 updates and providing to MCO payers as needed.
 Assist RCM Management with other administrative duties as needed.
Who You Are

 Associate degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related
field, or relevant experience.
 2 years or more years of prior Revenue Cycle Management experience, or equivalent
experience
 Prior experience working with MCO payer enrollments preferred.
 Prior experience completing MCO EFT/ERA paperwork preferred.
 Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the
organization. 
 Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word
processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel,
Access,) 
 Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential
situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. 
 Continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials,
establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. 
 Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle
multiple competing tasks and demands.
