Ad Operations Summer Intern

Who are you?
You're a college junior or senior, a grad student or recent graduate, who's trying to kickstart a career in advertising/tech. You're interested in a paid internship that'll have you touching multiple parts of our business and hustling for some of the world's biggest brands.
Requirements
- Comfort with numbers (math and Excel)
- Strong time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest new media / mobile technology and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and with others in this fast-paced and collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Pre-Campaign Launch
- Review KM media plan and clarify any unclear targeting instructions
- Build campaigns in DFP in line with the media plan laid on in Kargo Marketplace and cross-checked with the Ad Ops Inventory & Targeting Guide
- Meet with CCs and CMs to review campaign build outs before booking inventory
- Building out Kargo Marketplace snippets with creative assets
- Catching screenshots and testing ad units are rendering properly
- Ongoing Projects
- Check daily reporting to catch mistargeting lines (disapproved brands and ad units etc)
- Pull discrepancy reports for campaigns and advise CCs and CMs on what amounts to buffer
- Fill in weekly pacing doc for all campaigns
The ideal candidate:
- Must be able to bring own laptop to work
- Must be able to commute to NYC office
- Has strong research, writing, organizational and grammar skills
- Possesses a hunger to learn and be mentored by professionals
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Can commit to working at least 35 hours per week
This 8-week program will run from Monday, June 12, 2017 through Friday, August 4, 2017
