Description:

The Client Delivery Manager is a client centric position for individuals who are responsible for interfacing with clients throughout the project life-cycle. A Client Delivery Manager manages the implementation of a solution, works directly with the client to understand business needs and to report on progress. Client Delivery Managers are responsible for developing proposals, brainstorming solutions suited to their client’s needs, and to focus on the development of client partnerships. The Client Delivery Manager is expected to execute across Lines of Service to ensure the client experiences a seamless project execution.

  • Develop and propose solutions to client problems and in securing additional opportunities with current clients.
  • Successfully complete project work within the budget and timeframe that was committed to proposals; responsible to manage to their project’s quality/cost/delivery (QCD) commitments.
  • Assess cross-functional team member capabilities in order to properly allocate their team to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising or related field.
  • 5+ years of Account Management experience or Project Management experience. Agency and/or social media experience is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze raw data sets to draw insights and measure success against project goals.
  • Capable of communicating project status to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in project management with the goal of securing QCD commitments.
  • Capable of identifying new project opportunities with current clients.
  • Ability to provide project leadership to other members of the team.
  • Capable of identifying team member strengths and weaknesses and providing constructive guidance to team members.
  • Experience discerning and communicating the advantages and disadvantages of a solution to a problem while taking client or domain-specific constraints into account.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
