We’re looking for a Client Success Analyst who is passionate about using data to drive insights that create better branded content for our clients and improve all aspects of creative ideations, strategy, media spend, etc. Our NYC office is in need of a leader who can take charge of key accounts (Brands, Publishers, B2B, B2C, and everything in between), define the vision and roadmap for our clients, and help build the scope and the team to support this vision.

The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years of analytics and data expertise, client service / agency background, experience growing and managing a team, and marketing analytics experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable and reusable data mining solutions and capabilities that support e-commerce and marketing, and meet the expectations of stakeholders
  • Focus on delivering business results including improved end-to-end customer experience and financial metrics
  • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in the conversion funnel, and use data to communicate recommendations to stakeholders
  • Translate business problems into actionable key performance indicators, dashboards and reports, guide marketing decisions and go above and beyond trend reporting
  • Effectively respond to requests for ad hoc analyses

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Must have a demonstrated superior attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years of Analytics Experience
  • Strong knowledge of data mining algorithms, such as regression, decision trees, clustering, pattern recognition, Time Series, and dimensionality reduction
  • Strong skills in SQL and proven experience in using multiple data sources to develop outputs that are insightful and actionable
  • Experience using statistical programs (R, Python, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript and/or PHP

Location

Knotch is remote 1st and we plan to stay that way. We have personnel in 4 countries, including the US, Canada, India and Romania, and 14 US states and we are open to adding more.
