RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work cross-functionally to support departmental analytics needs
Create ad-hoc reports and analysis for specific initiatives & needs
Develop and maintain standardized reporting to summarize and help drive meaningful decisions
Support the implementation and maintenance of a self-serve analytics tool
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (economics, math, engineering, etc.)
Advanced Excel and SQL skills and experience with data modeling
Experience and familiarity with analytics tools, preferably Looker and/or Tableau
Exceptional problem solving skills with a strong drive to seek resolution to issues
- Prior subscription business experience is strongly preferred
