We have identified the collation and management of physician data as a key future growth are, and as our very first Data Associate, you will work directly with the DBAs and Business Development team to make sure we’re taking advantage of our market leading position as a leading physician database..
The healthcare industry is at an inflection point where data will be key in making business decisions. In this role, you will be working with our international teams to identify and source high quality data sets of physician data. You’ll also own the reporting and storing of this data, as well as developing and enabling efficient business analysis and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance data sets by identifying unique and impactful conclusions from external databases
- Maintenance of raw and analyzed data
- Source new data from supply chains and that would present new cases for business opportunities
- Work with a remote engineering team to communicate findings and analyze conclusions for our Business Development team
- Provide visualization and analysis to senior leadership
Qualifications :
- Demonstrable experience in analyzing data, finding patterns, and developing insights
- Knowledge of Data Visualization techniques (e.g. Tableau, Excel Pivots / Reporting)
- Base knowledge of SQL
- Demonstrable experience with relational database models (e.g. Research Data Analyst/MySQL)
- Experience working with large datasets and complex relational data models.
- Strong analytical, logical, and organizational skills.
- Experience gathering requirements and presenting with a variety of customers and customer types (e.g. Technical vs Business customers)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Mathematics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of data mining, data analysis, and reporting experience.
- Spanish is a plus!
