WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Appboy is looking for a skilled Demand Generation Associate to support pre-pipeline & lead generation initiatives. A strong focus will be placed on implementing campaigns that will drive brand awareness and top of funnel lead generation. If you possess a strong desire to learn, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion to become an expert in digital marketing, we’d love to have you join Appboy’s growing marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Management of search engine marketing campaigns (SEM)
- Creation and launch social media marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, OutBrain, etc.
- Optimization and evaluation of campaign performance to drive quality engagement and lead generation at the awareness phase
- Associate will be responsible for project management of social media campaigns across content and design teams
- Associate will support channel marketing team in all reporting including creation of automated reports in Salesforce
- Associate will be expected to keep abreast of social & digital marketing trends to drive innovation in social media & SEM campaigns
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience working with SEM or 3+ years of experience working in social media marketing is a required
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial
- Strong background in social media marketing (including paid campaigns), SEM, or both
- Highly analytical
- Growth mindset -- experimental, optimization focused with ability to pull out key insights in an actionable manner
- Experience with: Salesforce & Google Analytics or a similar software
- Programmatic, display, video, direct media buy experience is a plus
