Intersection is looking for a Digital Ad Ops Coordinator to join the New York team! The primary purpose of this position is to configure and launch advertising campaigns across all of Intersection's digital assets and to provide support to the sales organization. Ad Operations Managers provide technical expertise and will maximize campaign delivery/revenue through daily campaign management and consistent collaboration with internal and external customers.

As a member of the Digital Ad Operations team, you will be responsible for campaign implementation, with daily use of multiple ad serving systems, managing and tracking campaign delivery, QA, reporting and campaign optimization.

The ideal candidate wants to be a part of innovative, professional and dynamic advertising operations team. He/she will be responsible for all aspects of ad campaign fulfillment: creative testing and implementation, screenshot decks, campaign flighting, and quality assurance. This person will set up, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize performance and meet campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of online advertising campaigns across Intersection’s inventory in terms of operations support (QA, implementation, troubleshooting, etc).
  • Supply support and ensure the effective exchange and implementation of information/assets among all relevant parties to achieve accurate and well managed campaigns.
  • Support sales and account management teams with advertising clients & agencies. Primary point of contact for technical issues and questions related to online creatives.
  • Support of pre and post sales workflow; including but not limited to: participation in kick of calls, communication of ad specs, collection/generation of assets, campaign data entry (3rd party ad systems, etc.), detailed media QA, and campaign launch.
  • Interact with clients to communicate specifications, collect creatives and other collateral necessary for campaign launch.
  • Provide trafficking, QA and troubleshooting guidance on all campaigns pre and post launch.
  • Partner with client service teams to monitor and optimize online campaigns for all of Intersection's markets.
  • Cultivate and maintain internal relationships with Sales and Account Management, collaborating towards a common goal.
  • Device Management
  • Facilitate dynamic, real-time campaign executions

Skills required:

  • 1-2 years in digital ad ops including trafficking and scheduling digital assets
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills are required
  • Digital Signage, digital place-based, digital out-of-home experience is preferred
  • Experience in ad tech project management is a plus
  • Experience using various CMS systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of online advertising processes (knowledge of ad serving technologies and all components of ad campaigns, including ad units,products, custom development and content integration).
  • Experience with project management, account management, or relationship management.
