Summary

The Director of Integrated Marketing is a highly visible and strategic leadership role within the marketing team, driving and promoting Questback’s company-wide digital marketing initiatives. Projects will include hands-on implementation of campaigns across all digital and social platforms to support new and existing products and services with a focus upon lead generation initiatives while driving brand awareness. Core efforts include management of Questback’s global digital presence and supporting platforms, implementation of SEO/SEM best practices as well as oversight of selected online technology partners. This role requires excellent project management skills and a natural ability to run cross-border projects across Europe and the US with colleagues and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a digital evangelist capable of providing both strategic collaboration and tactical support while serving as the go-to person for global management projects.

The Director of Integrated Marketing will work closely with the local country marketing managers and teams, product marketing, product management and global leads of CRM and the marketing automation platform, as well as external content creators. Projects are delivered in accordance with Questback’s global marketing strategy and the enterprise marketing roadmap. This person will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer

Your primary responsibilities

  • Provide project management and leadership on global marketing projects and campaigns 
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget following established and proven project management procedures and schedules 
  • Ensure projects meet expected business impact and ROI per the established targets
  • Provide comprehensive and actionable reporting of KPIs and audience metrics
  • Involve, empower and hold project team members accountable for their contributions 
  • Contribute to projects by providing marketing expertise, applying hands-on efforts and promoting confidence and collaboration with project team members 
  • Perform all functions related to project management, determining all resource needs, tools, equipment and any additional dependencies
  • Work closely with group-wide and local marketing resources to ensure successful and effective execution of projects across the company
  • Orchestrate implementation of supporting technology platforms and resources 
  • Anticipate, identify and communicate industry trends, opportunities and potential risks

  • Understands the tools and techniques of inbound marketing, account based marketing, direct and outbound marketing, online campaigns, SEO / SEM practices, online publishing, social media as well as other key areas of modern digital marketing 
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior project management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence people within the organization
  • Effective use and prioritization of budgets and staff capacity
Your knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Passion for Software-as-a-Service as well as web and social technologies, preferably in an enterprise environment 
  • Energy and drive to lead through example with a can-do and dynamic attitude
  • Proven and excellent project management skills
  • Effective inter-personal communication and influencing skills 
  • Strong meeting and workshop facilitation skills 
  • Hands-on experience in setting up, implementing and running inbound and targeted marketing programs and campaigns
  • Knowledge of multi-channel campaign management and tactical marketing
  • Familiar with Salesforce.com and Marketo environments
  • Hands-on experience in online publishing and CMS management
  • Hands-on experience in technical SEO, SEM and web analytics management
  • Specialized knowledge in online marketing and outbound marketing
  • Familiarity with web hosting requirements and providers
  • Resilient and comfortable with working in a fast-paced changing environment
Your experience

  • Min 5 years of daily hands-on work within social media, web and online technologies and online publishing
  • Min 5 years of experience in project management
  • Min 3 years of experience in a project leadership position
  • Experience working in an international multicultural environment with English as the primary language
  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise marketing
  • Degree in marketing, communications or business
