Position Overview:





We are looking for a hard-working, highly motivated experienced Project Manager. You will play a key cross-functional role with Finance, Engineering and Operations during an exciting period of high growth and process transformation. Responsibilities:





  • Drive a highly complex cross-functional process of understanding and mapping business processes throughout the organization, with a subsequent ERP vendor selection
  • Manage various aspects of a long-term ERP project, and other large long-term cross-functional projects, to successful implementation, including but not limited to leading teams on requirements gathering, selection, implementation, training and support
  • Create clear and concise project plans and presentations that define objectives and establish clear deliverables
  • Communicate & manage the project plans and other required project documentation, and provide updates as necessary
  • Create status reports, presentations, define project objectives, and build relationships with project stakeholders
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with subject matter experts, and third party vendors, such as business IT leaders, developers, architects, operations, finance and other stakeholders to define and plan integrated solutions
  • Ensure successful completion of all work executed by the team (on time, on budget, and ensuring quality)
  • Become a key Finance partner in performing a company-wide process risk assessment and drive cross-functional process of designing key controls throughout the organization for all key business processes
  • Maintain project documentation, including project charter, requirements, conceptual design, test plans, schedules, and presentations
  • Create and maintain a repository of documentation including but not limited to: RFPs, project charters, requirements, conceptual designs, test plans, meeting minutes, project schedules and presentations
  • Create and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) execution and remediation process, create and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) process and policies to assist QA in regression testing
  • Manage ongoing compliance with designed controls, develop, maintain, and ensure compliance of application release management, outage management and change control processes and standards
  • Be a key player in driving SOC attestation preparation work




Qualifications:





  • Advanced degree in Business and/or Technology highly preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience running large-scale projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with large scale system implementations and process risk assessments required
  • Business/Technology consulting background highly preferred
  • Supply Chain-related process experience highly preferred
  • Familiarity with SOX 404 controls and procedures and pre-IPO experience highly preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to influence at the most senior levels
  • Flexibility to change and adapt the role to various needs as the project develops
  • Must be a detail oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and jump in to assist the team when critical
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do positive attitude are a must
