·Budgeting –lead budget process by continuously updating and improving 3-year budget model, including detailed methodologies and assumptions that are properly validated

·Reporting –prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the Finance team and Board, developing relevant metrics and KPIs

· Analysis –conduct in-depth financial and strategic analysis on all aspects of the business, including pricing and cost targets as well as detailed understanding of actual results and variance analysis

· Cash Flow –fully understand cash flow of the business, with monthly cash forecast

· Controls –work closely with Senior Accountant to ensure proper controls and checks and balances in Finance and throughout the business

· Audit - assist CFO and Senior Accountant with annual audit process

· Procedures - assist CFO in development of efficient policies and procedures for the Finance team, including preparing process guideline documents

· Cross-team involvement – proactively support team heads (marketing, supply chain, customer relationship, UX and business development) with financial and operational analysis to improve business performance

· Follow trends across e-commerce and lingerie to determine impact on Finance team

 Requirements & Background

· BA / BS in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related field

· 4-7 years solid finance experience in management consulting, audit, corporate finance or within finance team of an e-commerce company
