Greenhouse is hiring its first Financial Analyst! This is an awesome opportunity for you to use your expertise to tangibly impact a growing SaaS business. Reporting into our Sr. Manager, Finance, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to help drive business decision support and provide strategic insights into how we're tracking toward company goals.

As part of a small but crucial team, you'll need to wear several hats. We're looking for someone who can not only navigate Excel sheets and Powerpoint decks with ease, but also welcome the fluid, fast-paced environment that comes hand-in-hand with a growing company. What you will do:

• Maintain functional budgets and forecasts, partnering with key stakeholders to manage cost drivers and gain analytical insights 


• Prepare month- and quarter-end reporting packages while also assisting in content creation for board meetings, business reviews, All Hands and more


• Support the monthly accounting close process by reviewing and analyzing operating expenses, headcount and capital


• Define, implement and automate scalable financial processes and analyses


• Become our resident financial data expert, collaborating with the Accounting and Operations teams to ensure data quality and integrity

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or other relevant fields


• Deep proficiency of Excel and Powerpoint


• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business Administration, preferred


• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models and related metrics, preferred


• Familiarity with SaaS systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, SaaSOptics, a strong plus


• Demonstrated ability to remain pragmatic in a high-pressure environment
