About the Job:

As a Financial Services Recruiter, you will drive the talent identification and attraction strategies for both active and passive candidates for our financial services consulting practice. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with business leaders to understand business strategy and demand and driving results. What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates in banking and payments, wealth and asset management, capital markets, insurance, and more.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and team dynamics
  • Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/internet data research and referrals
  • Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making
  • Collaborate with the HR team to optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and provide regular updates, metrics, and insights on recruitment activities to senior leadership.
  • Ensure standardization and consistency of recruiting practices and policies
  • Manage an efficient and effective process, utilizing our ATS and other tools

What You’ll Bring With You:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Experience recruiting talent within the financial services sector (banking, payments, wealth management, capital markets, insurance) is highly preferred
  • Experience recruiting for a management consulting firm desired
  • Strong ability to assess functional skills (project management, business strategy, business analysis, etc.)
  • Experience independently partnering and collaborating with leadership on hiring strategies and initiatives
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to establish trust and credibility
  • Ability to work independently, including prioritizing roles and managing time effectively
  • Experienced/skilled in the utilization of various sourcing channels, including direct, internet and networking sourcing
  • Results driven and metrics oriented
  • Experience working with Greenhouse is a nice to have
  • Ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced, nimble environment where you may not have all the answers
  • An aptitude for problem solving and independent thinking
  • Ability to prioritize multiple urgent requests and manage time effectively
