About the Role

 

We are looking for an energetic marketing intern to support the CRM team in all areas, including analytics, promotions, and operations. You will learn about the customer lifecycle and get exposure to multiple areas of marketing within the CRM group and outside of it, working with other departments.

 

Depending on team needs and your skill set, you may support the team in the following ways:

  • Analytics – assist the Analytics team in pulling data, creating/updating reports in Excel, and conducting analysis
  • Email - assist in executing CRM campaigns through multiple channels. This could range from using CRM systems, to coding emails in HTML, to writing copy that customers will read
  • Fulfillment - assist in communicating with users and fulfilling prizing 
  • General team support - sit in on team meetings, take notes and track deadlines, put together PowerPoint presentations and other reports

 

Requirements:

  • General understanding of marketing and business operations
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to roll up sleeves and get their hands dirty
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
