We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Designer to join our design team. In this position you will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to design and develop creative concepts for both print and digital deliverables. We work remotely so you can work from home and interact with your team over Google Hangouts and chat, usually during US or European working hours. We have offices in New York, London and Denver, so if you’re in (or want to relocate to) one of those cities you can, and our offices are awesome.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with creative and marketing teams to design amazing visuals that support knowledge base content for print and digital platforms
  • Establish rapport, collaborate, and trade feedback with product managers, writers and designers to brainstorm and develop concepts for sales and marketing initiatives
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that projects are built to specifications of the job and will be delivered in a timely manner
  • Provide technical guidance around deliverables, limitations and considerations in the digital and print space
  • Consistently communicate with Marketing Creative Director to ensure timely approval and delivery of assets
  • Structure, format, and distribute files to internal departments and localization teams
What you’ll need to have:
  • Some experience working at an advertising agency or design firm, including internship or freelancing
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other industry-standard creative tools
  • A portfolio showcasing strong print and digital graphic design and brand identity skills
  • Up to date on the latest design trends and ability to express those in designs
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis and unity
  • 4-year degree or equivalent
Diverse teams build better products.
