Job Summary
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing concurrent complex projects from inception to successful completion. Your strong technical orientation, project management experience, and business and financial acumen will enable you to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the seamless execution of projects within time and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve goals.
Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages innovation and creativity.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are managed and met.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and accomplishments to key stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Collaborative and innovative work environment
- Analyzing, planning, and developing scheduled projects
- Determining and defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all staff members
- Holding regular technical team meetings to address project-related questions or challenges
- Certified Scrum Master and/or CSPO

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00 - $168,912.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
