About the right intern:

We are looking for a highly capable, collaborative, adaptable, and entrepreneurial-minded student to work on customer growth efforts within the Marketing team this summer. The right intern will be excited to accelerate the growth of a data-driven fintech startup pioneering the future of finance.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist the team in building and executing a media plan/strategy
  • Track performance metrics and present insights to the team and company
  • Create and execute digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement
  • Work to rapidly grow the user base by launching, managing, and optimizing new acquisition campaigns
  • Analyze traffic data and effectively leverage them to drive digital program effectiveness
  • Develop and distribute content across platforms, maintain blog and website
  • Create inputs for developing and execution of marketing collateral and brand building / PR activities
  • Work with the product team to identify ways to enhance customer experience

What You'll Need:

  • Experience with digital marketing and an avid interest in technology channels (ProductHunt, HackerNews, etc.)
  • Highly analytical, data-driven and obsessed with detail
  • Knowledge of the dynamic digital marketing scenario and SEO/SEM, social, and re-targeting
  • Experience with manipulating data in MS Excel and familiarity with Google Apps, Asana, and Pardot/Hubspot.
  • Experience with strategizing, planning and implementing integrated marketing programs
  • Experience with optimizing user funnel and landing page
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely).
