Artivest is seeking a marketing professional with a passion for financial services and getting things done. As an integral part of a close-knit, data-driven marketing and sales team, you will help design and execute a marketing plan that covers multiple channels both online and offline, and be in charge of formulating new initiatives, managing our PR agency relationship, leading corporate messaging, coordinating press activities and our participation in industry conferences.

Who You Are

  • Self-starter, creative and execution-oriented
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment; able to bounce between developing a strategy for marketing a new product and creating an excel spreadsheet model to estimate a market's size
  • Highly organized and able to coordinate and manage multiple initiatives across multiple teams
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Driven by measurable results and getting things done
  • Interested in alternative investing and fintech

What You’ve Done

  • 4-5 years experience working in financial services, particularly wealth management, financial advisors, broker dealers, and/or wirehouses
  • Publicity and communications
  • Conferences (sponsors, panelists, speakers, etc.)
  • Online and offline marketing
  • Collateral, education, and other marketing materials
  • PPT/Excel, Google Analytics, and other marketing measurement tools such as TrendKite, Mixpanel, etc. a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree

What You’ll Do

  • Help design, execute, and monitor our marketing and communications efforts across all channels
  • Create content for digital, social, and print sales materials
  • Work with our PR agency to optimize our corporate messaging, award applications, and media presence
  • Design and implement metrics and systems to monitor publicity
  • Manage and prioritize conference attendance, i.e. create conference calendar, handle tables/booths, assign attendees, secure speaking slots, etc.
  • Execute, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns including paid, print, and social media
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new potential vendors and partners using relevant data
  • Work closely with our distribution team to support sales and education efforts around alternative investing products
  • Collaborate with technology and product teams on advertising campaigns and landing pages to bring new ideas and products to market
