Work at Knewton as our Operations Associate.

Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Projects, and serving as a key member of Knewton’s Operations team, the Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth implementation process, end-to-end, for our ridiculously powerful adaptive learning products.

You will work closely with various departments, instructors and University IT departments to help implement Knewton. We’re looking for someone with an obsessive attention to detail, master communication skills, and a knack for balancing the needs of internal and external stakeholders. This is a key role for our company that’s expanding by the minute - this is a chance to gain solid understanding of business operations and help every student have a better educational experience.

What you’ll do…
  • Facilitate large scale sales of Knewton to Colleges and Universities
  • Run LMS (Learning Management System) integrations for schools that have adopted Knewton
  • Collaborate closely with our field Sales, Solution Architect teams, and University contacts directly to manage the implementations
  • Partner with Finance on monthly and quarterly basis to perform sales reconciliation - including identifying discrepancies and resolving them creatively
  • Ensure that all bookstores are ready to sell Knewton!
  • You’ll need…
    • Project management skills - there are a lot of details to manage with this role!
    • Top-notch, tailored communication skills with all levels in an organization and with external stakeholders
    • Self-starter attitude - you love to find the root of a problem and solve it with minimal oversight
    • Comfort with ambiguity and strong desire/experience working in a fast-paced environment (no we’re not just saying that - we move really fast)
    • A customer oriented mind - you have a lot of empathy for your customers and can put yourself in their shoes to help understand and resolve concerns
    • Ability to understand, talk about, and a general comfort with technology
    • Experienced user of MS office suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
    • Plus: Experience with Salesforce.com, JIRA, Confluence, LMS technology (Blackboard, Canvas)
