The Post Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing the post production process during which they maintain a clear workflow from physical production to final delivery. This individual ensures efficient workflow between the director,producer, editor,sound, vfx, and facilities companies (such as Sound Techs, CGI studios, etc). The post production supervisor also ensures that all deadlines are met for deliverables and is personally responsible for QC and final reviews. Candidates must be able to lead a team of in-house editors as well as collaborate with outside studios and agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain efficient post-production workflow
• Quality Control for final delivery
• Assessing and maintaining post production hardware
• Advising on new hardware purchases
• Meet deadlines for deliverables

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in post production
• Must be technically proficient as well as have the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel 
• Experience and knowledge of physical and pre-production as it relates to the post process
• Excellent communication, leadership ability
• Must be able to adapt to constantly evolving workflow and new technologies
• Expert-level proficiency in post-production software:
  
  • Adobe CC: Premiere, AE, Photoshop, Illustrator, Speedgrade
  • Nuke
  • Mocha
  • Autopano (and other 360 stitching softwares)
  • DaVinci Resolve
  • Protools
• 360-video/VR experience a big plus but not required
