Headquartered in Brooklyn with 24 offices globally, VIRTUE specializes in developing brand platforms, programs and campaigns that are culturally rooted and youth-audience focused. VIRTUE acts as lead creative, content, and cultural agency and engages on project-based assignments for our clients, who include AB-InBev, Coca-Cola, Diageo, Google, lululemon, Samsung, and Unilever.

We are seeking an experienced Agency Content Producer to join our NY office. The Producer is a creative contributor who ensures the delivery of outstanding content that is on time and on budget. A true team player, s/he will work in close collaboration with the agency creatives as well as our in-house production team and 3rd party vendors to oversee each project from inception through completion, while partnering with client services as a key point of contact for clients. S/he understands the art of collaboration and is capable of supporting and activating teams and team members in a productive, positive way. Candidates should be well-­‐versed in the core principles of producing: communication, organization, planning and execution. Ideally, these fundamentals will be embodied in a person who demonstrates clear leadership skills, professional flexibility, good humor, strong self-­‐starting abilities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work in close collaboration with project creatives, account team and 3rd party vendors through the entire project life cycle: creative development, budgeting, production, post production
  • Determine best production solutions for campaign execution
  • Have good knowledge of industry talent, directors, editors, DP’s etc
  • Facilitate conversations with 3rd party vendors
  • Ensure the creative vision is executed to the highest possible standard
  • Negotiate budgets and be responsible for leading procurement discussions
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors and with project-related client teams
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets on large and small scale projects
  • Balance multiple projects and tasks on your own
  • Ensure campaign deliverables are delivered on time and within budget
  • Assess and improve production processes during and after project.
  • Have a good understanding of union and non-union shoots
  • Have a can-do attitude

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A detail-­oriented process driven planner with the ability to multi-­‐task across numerous simultaneous projects, meet deadlines, manage upwards and downwards
  • Able to work within a non-traditional environment and be self-sufficient
  • Experienced in producing branded content as well as broadcast commercials

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years in agency production.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven, successful experience working in a fast paced, high pressurised environment on multiple deliverable-driven projects from concept to completion.
