DESCRIPTION

• Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Use competitive research, customer interviews and product analytics to help identify new feature ideas and areas of improvement
• Work with Product Managers to identify and execute A/B experiments across all of our products
• Design and prepare production-ready assets and work closely with engineers to ship the final product
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
• Regularly evaluate consistency and effective use of patterns across entire product
• Assist with marketing collateral as needed (print and digital)
• Keeps up to date with latest design trends across iOS, Android, and responsive web UX

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of UX/UI design in the startup and consumer technology field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-caliber visual and interactive design skills
  
• Deep knowledge of current mobile and desktop UX patterns
  
• Detail oriented, driven, self-motivated
  
• Mastery of Sketch and experience with inVision
  
• Strong understanding of brand and reproduction steps
• Experience conducting user tests and focus groups
• Experience with programming languages and conceptual product copywriting is a plus!
