What You'll Do:

As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming design concepts into tangible, functional user interfaces. Collaborating closely with Creative Technologists and Engineers, you will ensure the seamless integration of design solutions into the development process. Your responsibilities will include executing detailed design work, maintaining design consistency within the established system, and actively participating in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translate design concepts into tangible, functional user interfaces.
  • Meticulously assess design components, including color schemes, typography, layout, and interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Technologists, Engineers, and QA Technicians for seamless integration.
  • Execute detailed design work with precision and attention to user experience.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered products.
  • Maintain design consistency within the established design system.
  • Play a pivotal role in bringing the design vision to life during the final stages of product development.
  • Contribute to the continuous delivery goals and business objectives of the organization.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on user interfaces.
  • An expert eye for visual design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills. *Include password if your portfolio has one.
  • Skilled in contemporary digital product design tools and technologies. This could include Figma, HTML, CSS, JS, and Git.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508 Refresh/WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA)-and/or an interest to learn more
  • Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and UX/UI best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

This role is fully remote and open to those living in the following states: AL, CA, CO, FL, IA, IL, MA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA.

The base salary for this role is between $80,000 and $105,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
